I thought my hoverboard was broken, it was unbalanced one was side was even while the other one was tilted. Once I did this it was back to normal, they were both balanced thank you.

I have a hover heart hoverboard and if I try to go forward it goes straight to the ground I can’t ride it dose not work I watch a 100 videos and they all tell me the same thing and non of them work can you please help me I don’t know if you need to know this or not but it’s Bluetooth please help!!!!

Leave it unplugged but on wait for the battery to die or pretty much die then charge it for 4 hours until the light on the charger turns green then recalibrate make sure you hold the center with your hand so it's straight you might need to recalibrate a few times 4 at the most good luck (p.s. if your charger stay green even when not plugged in to the hoverboard in then you need a new one ) good luck

Hold it so it allighned in the middle with your hand and then calibrate it like I said it may take 2 or 3 tries but it will work
