Oh my goodness, thank you so much!!! My mom bought me one for Christmas 2018. 2 weeks after she bought it, it started going crazy, spinning out of control while i was on it, Thank God my Mom was present both times to catch me. My mom put it in our basement since then. Until today, we fell upon your video and did exactly what your video instructed and it worked!!! This helped so much like my hoverboard would not charge or turn on so when plugged into the wall, it turns on, but it does not charge it. It only lasts until I plug it out and then when I did the factory reset it started charging again. This was a lifesaver. Thank you.
