Informative video. Did you forget to plug in the hanging wire back in when you put the intake on? I noticed it towards the end around 7:30.🤷🏻

Did you have to drain the coolant? I know you said there is no coolant there but not sure if you drained it before

Wow. that "coolant" looked horrible. Last time I've seen something like that in person was when I blew a head gasket and some oil was mixed in.

So much you did not do when replacing the thermostat! you cut way to many corners on it. The belts should have been removed first before removing the hose. and the sludge you found in the thermostat was also on where you put the thermostat back in. It should have been cleaned out completely because that part that blew off will just do it again and that Sludge will just get back on the thermostat. This was just a quick fix that wont last more then a year depending on how much the car is used! You also didnt tell people what to do after installing the new thermostat! which will cause even more problems if you do not do it! I know not to stop at that auto place!

What in the heck is in that cooling system. Is it an oil mixture from the head gasket? Looks horrible and needs to be flushed out at a minimum. Nice video 👍
