Normally I don't comment or have much to critique about your videos but your thumbnail girl. Using a comparison pic from 80+ BEFORE you started Keto and lost weight calorie counting/exercising instead of one from back in January when you actually started Keto is very misleading. Super calculating to use a much heavier picture so people think you lost all that weight on Keto and click on your video. Very disappointing you resort to click baiting people.

It's definitely not clickbait or ever was intended for that. Like I've mentioned in several of my videos before, when I lost the initial 85 pounds it was on a low carb lifestyle with exercise...now I'm doing keto which is a little more strict, but not far fetched from what I did initially. In 3 of my keto vlogs, I've done side by side comparisons of Jan-to certain milestones. If you were new to my channel, I might see how you would misconcept the thumbnail, but you said you aren't. Again, I'm only doing these types of videos to inspire, motivate, and help others with their health journey whatever that might be. If that thumbnail doesn't inspire you regardless of keto are not, I dont think you're here for the right reasons or the message I try to spread🤷♀️

I hardly ever comment on anything myself. But, unless you are new, this isn’t misleading at all. If you think it’s not possible to lose 80+ lbs on Keto, let me know. I’ll send you my own personal pictures. I’ve been doing Keto for 9.5 months now and am down 81 lbs. it’s possible. Nothing misleading here. Love you Nicole! Thanks for sharing your keto journey. I have been doing keto for 6 months and feel amazing. I am vegetarian and have adjusted the keto diet to my lifestyle. I started at 180 lbs and am currently at 139 lbs and have no plans to drop the lifestyle. Along the way I never tracked my macros, calories or steps. I recommend taking the vitamins you mentioned along with a multivitamin and probiotic. I also add apple cider vinegar a few times a week. I have made a few of your dessert recipes and love them. The lemon pound cake is one of my favorites. Stay dedicated and keep vlogging:)

2 things Nicole showed her before pic in red when she started. She makes it known she started in January. The pic she showed says 2010 which is why you do the math she hasn't mislead. She also makes it known she lost 17 pounds if you look at pic you also would see that if that pic was the before it would have been a lot more . Like Dina said for sure!! I actually think Mexican/Latina food is the easiest to ketofy! We go out and eat fajitas all the time! Just pile up the steak, onions, peppers, guac, sour cream, cheese in a giant mountain & dig in!! So yummy! And if you're gonna miss chips with salsa or guac, buy some Quest tortilla chips in replacement!! So good😋🥑❤💪🔥

@@NicoleBurgess you know you keep me motivated every Monday I've been looking for snacks like potato chips but I just eat popcorn. If you come across a chip recipe or brand please share. I'm currently waiting on smartcake delivery. We don't have Rebel that sucks and only certain Bang drinks. But Keto will help me while my hubby is dieting for bariatric surgery. He can't do keto because of his diabetes. He's 6'3 and 423 he has heart disease and has had a stroke. He's also has insulin resistance with makes him super sensitive to sugar and sugar substitutes. The struggle is real but my support had to be relentless and I'm all in Thanks to you I can stay the course with keto life.

Costco introduced me to vega protein, which actually released two new shakes a 0 carb chocolate & mct oil 3 carb iced coffee flavor in Costco stores this week both which contain potassium... And their powdered electrolytes on Amazon are yummy & clean! Similar to Gatorade. 50 servings for under $20.

Check outside Dr. Eric Westman @ Adapt your life on youtube. He suggest you find a doctor that is familiar with keto if you are on insulin. The reason why is because when you start ketogenic diet your insulin needs to be adjusted. Hope this information will help you.

I noticed you mentioned that you are on oral meds to control your blood sugars. If you are taking Metformin or Glimperide please get off it has been known to effect your kidneys. Check with your doctor.💕

19 days on strict Keto. I started 185 and only down 4 lbs. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m using carb manager and having more fat than protein and staying under 19 net carbs. I’m also trying to exercise too. I’m very discouraged. I can’t seem to lose the hanging belly weight from my first pregnancy three years ago. I used to be 130 pre pregnancy 😞

Maybe adjust your macros on carb manager & change up the type of foods you're eating. Some foods will cause or keep inflammation in your body...equally no weight loss or a stall. Did you measure yourself before? Are you losing inches? Keto can be a learning process for some until they figure out what works best for their body. Don't give up💪❤

@@kelseybasler6358 you definitely do not have to reach them all. My experience though, I had to up my fat to increase my energy level...however we are all different!

Kelsey Basler you should check out the KZbin channel Keep it keto. She teaches you to do keto the right way. Check out Dr Eric Berg, Dr Ken berry, and Dr Jason Fung. They also have KZbin videos about Keto and intermittent fasting. You might be eating too much fat. You want to use your own body fat as your fuel source.
