Ingredients:
5 finely chopped capsicum
1 big size potato,
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Oil
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Dry mango powder
Asafoetida
Paneer masala
Salt
Peanut powder
Procedure:
In a Kadhai, add 2 tbsp oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, finely chopped capsicum and potato along with all dry masalas as listed in ingredients. Close lid for 2 mins and let it cook. Then add 2 tbsp roasted peanut powder.
