I often crave Korean food but there are no Korean restaurants in my area. This is my go-to meal when I'm in the mood for Korean food. It's kind of like Bibimbap with a cheat sauce that I was able to find at my local grocery store amazingly. Super easy and I always have these ingredients on hand.

Bibimbap:
Oil
Whatever veggies you like (I used spinach, mushrooms and match stick carrots)
Egg
Rice
Gochujang sauce
Cucumbers:
English cucumber thinly sliced
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
For this meal I also include kimchi (store bought) and frozen mandu I found at my local Costco. I know home made is so much better but this I have found is a quick and convenient option to have on hand for meals and snacks.
