Easy Laksa Recipe in 20 minutes

Laksa is a spicy noodle dish popular in Southeast Asia.
Today we will show how you can laksa easily at home in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Noodle of your choice (vermicelli, yellow noodles, kwayteow, bee hoon)
- Chilli Paste
- Curry powder
- Coconut milk
- Egg
- Prawn
Pro Tips:
- You can adjust the amount of coconut milk according to your liking. I am not a coconut fan, hence I added less.
- This is a flexible recipe. I use egg and prawn in this video. You can also add in veg, meat, fishball or even tofu and tau pok!
