Hi Christine, thank you so much for doing the hard work with this butterfly die. I have had this die in my stash and could never figure out how to make it look more than a plain die cut. You showing your process kicked the fog out of my brain and gave me some ideas. I loved the colours you used but I have another combo in mind. TFS your process.

That is beautiful Chrissie and I love the way you decided to stencil the butterflty in different colours and it looks great with the circles in white with the yellow showing through. I do like the original butterfly too, but can see that the look is less harsh and blends in better colourwise with the background...a gorgeous elegant cas card. x

Well, you did it again darlin!! Magnificent! Love the FACT that you diddle about with choices etc. Experimenting and digging into the creativeness IS what artist's DO! I would have used a soft brown (same color family of oranges etc.) for the tips and the body. If using blues & such - would have chosen black etc. Just this artist's choice - but yours is beautiful. Thanks for sharing your talents and "diddling about" with us :) LOVE, love the velum touch of class!!

Looking at your crackled stamp, have you taken it off a wooden block? Im trying toremove small blocks for space easons, but darent do big ones. Beautiful card ...thank you

No it was never on a wooden block, but if you want to remove large stamps from their blocks, pop them in the microwave for a few seconds which will soften the glue and they can just be peeled off. I’ve done it many times. You would then have to remove some of the residual glue from the Stamp

Sadly no! The last date for ordering the calendar for 2023 was in August. The dies are all limited editions and so cannot be purchased anywhere else. This last year there were a few calendars for sale in December which sold pretty quickly, but I don't know if the same will happen this year. Sorry to be the bearer of sad tidings!
