As you know, these are one of our favorite snacks! Love that you mention, old eggs peel easier! Personally, I cheat and buy peeled hard boiled eggs from Costco😉

Thanks for the comment. For sure, the peeled hard boiled eggs is a quicker way to go. Also, this is a good way to use those packaged eggs. There's only so much egg salad and hard boiled eggs I can eat in a week. lol
