East central Florida checking in. Usually reset my two 5ft succulent gutters in February. Life happens and I didn’t get to it until June. Mixed some small bromeliads with the succulents. And it’s gorgeous 🤩 Thanks for the ongoing positive energy!

At some point, you have so much plant material that you do have to start tossing it. I put a solid 50 echeveria out to pasture the other day. I started with a tiny cutting as a cute gift in a little duck pot. 8 years later, it probably spawned over 500 clones. I was constantly culling the herd 😂

You were the one to start my succulent obsession. I had soooo many lol got a little crazy. Got pregnant and I just couldn’t keep up with the care of all of them so I lost a few 😩 and now I have the perfect amount that I can keep up and have the knowledge to care for them.

I’ve learned so much from you Laura. Our neighbors down the street from our house have a big beautiful fountain filled with succulents mostly Aeoniums but the plants are now overgrown and leggy. My husband thinks I’m crazy because I often say I want to go knock on their door and ask them if they would like me to help them maintenance it I would so LOVE to get my hands on it. 😅

Do you have any suggestions for a succulent fountain in the southeast? How could it be left outside during winter? I currently have my collection in individual pots and haul them inside my she-shed during the coldest months. However, I would love to have a more aesthetic presentation. ~ frustrated in SC
