Actually, months after commenting this, I learned that apparently, chairman Mao really didn't feel for mangoes. He was once given as a gift, a crate of mangoes, and since he didn't like them so much, he instructed his people to distribute them to his factory workers. So, one crate of mangoes, for entirety of China, and all of it's many factories and even more workers. People basically lost it, they made juices out of one mango, or preserved it, and did everything they could think of, to have everyone have a taste. People who loved chairman, but had no way of ever being close to him, now started to worship mangoes. One factory even sent one mango on a plane, into another factory so that everyone could taste it. When Mao heard about this, he found it funny. I find it funny that he became symbolized with a mango, which he didn't like so much Of course, in the west, this mango madness was heard off, and then misrepresented. They claimed that Mao was murdering people who didn't like mangoes. It's weird how they can twist any story, in this case rather sad story of a nation who was so poor, that no one even knew what mangoes taste like, into an evil propaganda smearing system that is in every conceivable way superior to the clapitalism. Like, after the ww2, thanks to being spared by the nasties, and war profiteering, lamerica was the richest country in the world, like, twice as rich as everyone else, combined. And China was so poor, they couldn't even afford mangoes. Then americana7is spent decades toppling governments they didn't like around the world, mostly but not limited to communists, and China spent that time, figuring out the way to lift ppl out of poverty. And they both achieved their goals. China is now the biggest economy in the world, and lamerica has the biggest homeless population in the world. Congrats to both

I mean what you made there is a sort of panna cotta but definitely not souffle. A souffle requires baking and a flour component before it can be called that.

Cold souffles certainly DONTneed flour and baking!! And its definitely nothing like panna cotta. Maybe you need to go back and re read your recipe books.

Why in freezer. It didn’t feel set enough to cut through. It should set in the Frig itself since it has jelly in it. Please advise
