I laugh, tell my sweet husband and he eats it with great aplomb and charity. 😀 He loves “anything I cook” for him. Thanks, Chef, for teaching us to enjoy the whole process and to have fun with it. I’ll know it might not have set well if he’s quieter. LOL 😍 We celebrate our 50th anniversary in 3 weeks! (I was a child bride, right? 😀 You are a treasure. That soufflé looks so perfect! I used to use paper bands, water baths, all sorts of encouragements to coax a good result! Now I’m a born again “Soufflé by Chef Jean-Pierre” acolyte! You’ve taught us so much. Big hugs and big love!
