Mansaf is really delicious. I eat mansaf almost every week. You are very clever, my friend. The way you cook and prepare mansaf is like Arabic cooking, especially the pieces of saj bread. Thank you for this beautiful method. Thank you for this beautiful video. I appreciate your effort too... .. Please keep making more Arabic food. For example, the Palestinian maqluba. Thank you . we love you

This looks so good, I love the fact that you use a lot of spices. However I have a question if you don’t mind, can I use the regular Arab bread? Thank you
@fatima9233 жыл бұрын
Yes, I’ve made it plenty of times using regular Arabic/pita bread. Thanks for watching! 🙂

What part of the lamb is best for this recipe? Shoulder? Leg of lamb slices? What did you use here?

Can I use labana ? Also, did u use the mansaf spice mix ? What kind of rice ?? And what kind of meat ?
@fatima9233 жыл бұрын
Yes, I’ve used lebna before. You could definitely use mansaf spice instead of the spices I used. I used basmati rice. I used beef in this video, I believe. Lamb is more commonly used. Just make sure you use meat with bone. That way you’ll have a flavorful broth.
