I have written to you before. I am that 75 year old on no meds at all but gained weight. A lot..20 Covid pounds on top of weight that I had on already eating poorly. Since November 5th 2021 I have lost 17 pounds. 12 pounds the first 6 weeks. 5 pounds this past 6 weeks. ( I plateaued at Christmas) my bloodwork remains perfect for the first time since I was younger. Cholesterol everything normal. My doc still shakes his head given my age. I can't thank you enough for your inspiring videos. I hope you know how very much you are loved and appreciated for the work you put into these videos' am living proof that no matter what your age is, you can always learn and become healthier. Blessings from North bay Canada.

Thank you Kiki! Love your recipes! I totally agree with you that prepping ahead of time and planning are key to succeeding on a WFPB diet. I also make compliant, but more fun recipes on the weekend. I’m 56 year old and lost 17 pounds eating this way. I continue eating this way because my cholesterol has finally come down and all my other “numbers” are improving. I feel great and have tons of energy even though I’m hypothyroid. My son is also hypothyroid, but his dosage was cut in half after eating this way. This was all due to someone on some FB page recommending your cheese sauce. I looked you up and started watching your videos and bought the Starch Solution. Thank you again. ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Kiki, I love watching you - your videos are great. I am 67 yrs old w/hypothyroidism, a diabetic - no meds ( controlled w/keto) and high blood pressure. I've been wondering if I should make a change to plant based, but a little scared due to so many carbs. I would like to know if many with similar issues have had great results by going plant based. I know you eat lots of fruits and all I eat are blueberries even though I love them. I need to lose weight and get healthier every day. Thanks for all you share!

The most beautiful thing about being plant based is that it's actually really hard to get fat. Well, as long as it's not eating nothing but vegan donuts lol but still my waist line dropped to a 32" and I've yet to jump up. I got to a 31" but that's when I did more cardio.

Thank you Kiki for all your great inspirational posts! You are amazing! I’ve been watching you for a while but finally decided to start this way of eating on 1/8/2022. I’ve had a rough relationship with food for as long as I can remember and am dreaming of the day I break free from restrictions and binge eating. I do great during the week but as soon as weekends come around along with social events, I fail. Any suggestions how to succeed 100% of the time? Do you do intermittent fasting? What time do you stop eating for the day? Is it ok to have coconut aminos on maximum weight loss? ❤️
