I shampooed and conditioned his hair first. While damp I applied moisturizer and styled 😊.

How do you take the rubber band off

I raise the rubber band with a rat tail comb and cut with a scissor. Make sure to raise it high enough to see before you cut. It takes seconds.

I guess you have to hope that the set you buy wouldn't pop 😁. I never had problems with rubber bands popping. I place the rubber bands in some oil before applying which is a positive for the hair. I hope that helps.

I wouldn't say it's good or bad but application is key to prevent damage to the hair. Tip, put them in oil and don't apply tightly. Leave a little play 😉
