Easy Milk Pudding Anyone Can Make

Ingredients:
70-gm unsalted butter
½ cup ap flour
2 ½ cups milk
½ cup sugar
1 tsp rose water
½ cup water
1 tbsp corn flour
½ cup sugar
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in pan then stir in ap flour
2. Fry for 3 minutes on medium heat
3. Pour milk and sugar
4. Mix well
5. Cook for 6-7 minutes
6. Add rose water and a pinch of salt
7. Transfer pudding to a baking glassware
8. Caramelize sugar in a pot
9. Pour water and cornstarch slurry as you stir the caramel
10. Pour the caramel over the pudding
11. Ready to enjoy!

Always use cold milk to make a roux and use whisk. Not spatula. It also irked me that they didn't mention cold milk which is seriously one of the most important thing here as otherwise the mixture will be a clump of flour and butter.
