One of the things I really like about your videos (other than your soothing voice) is that you always make things from scraps or junk that people ACTUALLY have in their craft spaces or house!!! I love that! I do not have a 3d printer so I hate watching people spend tons of money when I can't do that for my miniatures. So, thank you!!!!!

I highly recommend you find some inexpensive strips of wood veneer. It's thinner than popsicle sticks and comes in handy for building small items and covering things you want to look wood grain. It can be applied with ordinary white glue and varnished with Modge Podge. Its so easy to cut. Cover cheap doll furniture, make chests, boxes, and handy for making furniture. Just use cardboard and cover with the veneer. You could make your own butcher block items for the kitchen! Wooden floors! Ideas are endless. If you soak it in hot water it can be rounded into shapes.
