Good stuff, keep on it dude! One tip that helped me was to focus on being creative but also limit yourself in terms of workflow, work quick and concise, don't question your choices too much, commit/bounce ideas so you're not always going back, you can even set a timer so every 10 mins you move on to the next part. It really helps once you get into advanced productions with high track counts, lots of instrument layers in different ranges all doing their own thing but working together, automation, ear candy, etc etc. If you can practice working quickly and be creative throughout the production stage, you'll be surprised at how much you can get done. Then when it is time to arrange and mix you'll have a lot to work with, and good arranging / mixing in a busy production can really make things come alive!
