Ingredients:
Banana Bread Batter:
- 4 Bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Crumbs:
- 2 tbsp cold butter
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
*Bake at 140 Degrees C° for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick comes our dry.

What are small black particles inside it??

The alkaline environment of a batter with baking soda results in discoloration of the pulp fibers and in reaction with the Bananas creates those black filaments in appearance. It doesn't add anything to taste or texture.
