Hello Beba. I love all your patterns but the centre out style is my preference so I can avoid all the ends and cutting the yarn after each row. Your long tail cast on works amazingly well! Was working on your illusions blanket this morning. It’s so big that it takes an hour to complete one row. Have a dozen or so rows left to do. Thanks for all you do. If you ever decide to convert this to the center out style, I will add it to my list 😃 best wishes to you ❤❤❤

You are very kind! Appreciate a lot! I absolutely love center-out patterns myself ❤️❤️❤️ I am not sure this one can be easily converted to center-out, but l have some center-out patterns ideas, so more video tutorials will come ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for the pattern and the detailed explanations that we have never found so clearly explained anywhere else. I have done a lot of mosaic crochet but from now on, with this tutorial, I know that the finishes will be much more professional. You are very generous and a great teacher! ❤

-Thank you so much for this video. I was trying to learn mosaic crochet and was about to give up even though I have crocheted for a close to 50 years. I am a perfectionist and couldn’t make my stitches even in this particular technique. You have helped me so much! Thank you again for taking your time to help!

I am somewhat new to mosaic crochet. I have started your mosaic Aura motifs, I am up to #54 and I figure I need at least 70 motifs to complete a throw. I have been eager to learn a blanket pattern and just wanted a break on my Motif Aura and do this tutorial with you. I chose to just do two repeats as you are doing on this tutorial. Your demonstration for the foundation chain was another critical lesson for me. Furthering my crochet skills. I think the recommendation from some of your other followers to do a "2 repeat" sample of each of your beautiful patterns BEFORE actually starting a complete project is very good advice. I truly appreciate your taking the time to create this tutorial where you highlight some of the key features to keep in mind as one goes through all the rows. I do have one question, on row 15, on the next to last stitch, a note came up reading "front loop double crochet" but you actually did a front loop single crochet. That confused me, but since I am only doing a sample, I just continued what you were showing us. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us and offering all your beautiful mosaic crochet patterns. I won't live long enough to even do a fraction of them. I am almost 72 years old and have only been crocheting for about 4 years after being a commercial truck driver for 36 years. I am single and live out in the country with my 7 French Bulldogs and 2 Great Pyrenees who guard my chickens and Peafowl from cayotes and raccoons here in Oregon, USA.

Appreciate a lot your feedback! I am happy to share my knowledge! On row 15 I said it wrong (got confused, sorry!) - the last stitch after all repeats has to be back loop single crochet

Beba I love your beautiful mosaic crochet blankets. I would like to make one, but I had/couldn’t following this pattern. It was confusing for me. I would like if you could teach about reading the patterns? I tried counting along with you on this pattern but I was always off the count. Thank you ❤😊
@BebaBlanket2 күн бұрын
Thank you very much. I would really advise using stitch markers to mark the first stitch of every pattern repeat. If l walk through too fast, you can pause the video or edit the speed of the video or you can write down the 20 stitches pattern repeat for yourself and continue from your notes. Count count count...

I’m confused why adding 3 stitches instead of just 2? Love the centred sc at beginning and end of row. Will make adding the border so much easier.
@BebaBlanket2 күн бұрын
+3 stitches are: 1 border (edge) stitch -the first stitch on every row, 1 stitch after all pattern repeats before the last edge stitch (this stitch usually is for the pattern balance and symetry) and 1 stitch - the last stitch on every row (edge stitch)
