Gur!!! So I made this recipe. I didn't have any tortilla shells so I just seasoned the fish accordingly and used the dressing over broccoli and coleslaw mix. Man was it good! Thank you.

I add the seasoning to a little bit of oil and then toss the fish in that with my hand. I usually get a bit better coverage with the spices that way. I love your channel and this looks excellent!
