These look great. I have made fish tacos before but I've got some good ideas to implement from this video. One thing I do that I've never seen anyone else do but that I enjoy is to wilt my cabbage. I slice it thin and then douse it heavily with salt and let it sweat for maybe 10 minutes or so. I give it a quick rinse and then squeeze the water out of it. I love the texture of this. It ends up being softer than just raw sliced cabbage but still has a lot more texture than just lettuce

The acid in the marinade was the key to the deliciousness of your recipe..I used the cod I bought this morning before watching the video..drats..will definitely do tilapia next, but the recipe will work for shrimp as well! I love your recipes. As a Mexican who grew up in Texas; my mom taught me to heat tortillas on the open flame too. Never thought of using tongs either 😅. Using hands to flip the tortilla on an open flame it’s just a skill that’s passed on. We’d probably get laughed at or teased if anyone saw us using tongs 😂.
