Hello everyone.. let me share my experience with thyroid. I used to have TSH of 21 etc and took thyroxin for 6 months and then stopped it. Now, after 2 and half years, my thyroid is normal. 2 big changes I made was 1) I switched from iodised salt to non iodised Himalayan pink salt and 2) I started drinking unboiled well water. Also, I feel less tension nowadays which may also have helped. Please try this method.. it doesn't cost anything. Also, enforce daily yoga for your kids to keep them off all diseases.

Please try the below. Its by Rajiv Dixit and I am doing it foe the last 3 years now. I have shoulder length hair and my volume has increased and hair fall has decreased. Take curd made from cow milk. You can prepare it from cow milk easily at home. Dont buy readymade curd. Take 5-7 spoons and put it in a copper vessel. And keep outside in shade for 4- 5 days until it turns green... add few spoons of water to bring it to applying consistency and then massage it slowly on your hair [IMP : after appliying , let it stay for 4-5 hours ]. wash it with a herbal shampoo. do this twice a week

Thyroxine harmone is made up of iodine(Triiodothyronine and tetraiodothyronine), reduce ur iodine intake by avoiding salt and sea foods.. minimize caffeine and dairy products, u should see ur anxiety go down and energy levels and muscle tone increase in few months, most importantly if there is any large swelling in the bottom of front neck and swollen eyes, visit doctor as soon as possible as possible as it could be Grave's disease.. this disease would only make hyperthyroidism worse... Meditation and regular exercise can help reduce heart rate and anxiety, also do eat more proteins than normal person should because hyperthyroidism can lead to loss of muscle tone and weakness, get normal sleep.. u might feel very tired after workouts, but keep going slowly and there is a huge chance of thyroid harmones getting back to normal

Thank you ma'am for all these wonderful tips . The only one I will not be taking is the consuming of dairy because the milk from a cow is for her baby calf . We have human mother milk and is only meant to be naturally consumed as an infant . Also for us to have access to a baby calfs milk which we take against their will. The babies are seperated from their mothers causeing immense grieving of both mother and calf fior many many days ( yes they do cry and bellow after each other , looking for one another ) ,they are then sold as a calf to be consumed themselves , shot or used as a dairy cow. These are my well researched reasons why I will not take this part of your advice but very mich value the other suggestions . Thank you 🙏🏽❤

If you have hypothyroidism, your tsh will be already high as pituitary gland will keep on telling thyroid to release harmone by releasing TSH. So yoga to activate tsh (if it works) is only applicable for hyperthyroidism NOT Hypo
@user-uq7mh7qg3x3 жыл бұрын
High number of TSH in the blood report means slow metabolism, so thyroids supplements needs to be taken & then the number of TSH reading will be reduced and that’s good. Higher the reading of TSH means slower the body due to less thyroid hormone.
@user-uq7mh7qg3x3 жыл бұрын
In hyperthyroidism, the thyroid is overstimulated. So we need to make our thyroid gland slow to be healthy. In hypothyroidism, the body is under stimulated. So We need to make our metabolism high and stimulate it to be healthy.
