Great tips! I’ve never seen that eyeliner technique before- placed kinda under the upper eyelashes! Neato! And that palette has such soft neutral shades that we can substitute any other neutral palette if we don’t want to buy another eyeshadow palette. Have a great day, Angela!🤗
