You could make a smaller version just use a smaller dish. Growing up for us kids dessert was often fruit served with dinner, or 2 cookies after. Sometimes more special like pie or cake, brownies. That was a huge serving she had but she always does Not sure she eats that whole thing it's way too many calories, empty ones

Kristin, the cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice seems rather "random" to pair with the chocolate Oreos and the vanilla pudding. I think this recipe would be better with the golden Oreos, actually if you cannot find the pumpkin spice Oreos.

I love the idea of pouring the milk onto all the cookies. So much less messy than dipping each cookie. I have a similar recipe but with chips a hoy cookies. Will have to try this one with the pudding!
