I will try this recipe. I'm sure it will be a hit with the family. Changing flavours and adding some texture is a welcome change. I'm interested in your techniques and will try them. For example, I usually mix in the flour by hand but have never used a low speed to finish off the mixing. Grazie mille!! 🙂

Yes, it's an easy recipe, and the fun part is to switch up the flavour and create new combinations! You can use the technique you feel most comfortable with; I use low speed because it's more practical - the beater is already there, and I don't have to wash another kitchen tool!!! The important thing is that you don't overmix the batter, otherwise gluten will form, and the crumb will be full of ugly air bubbles. Thanks for leaving your comment!
