Easy No Knead Green Chutney Foccacia! Soft fluffy big air pockets without bread flour or stand mixer

This recipe makes some very soft and fluffy Focaccia with big air pockets and a crunchy crust! With a very flavourful green chutney on top.
An easy no knead recipe that doesn't need any stand mixers, no added extra gluten and of course no special bread flour. You can make this Focaccia with our kitchen staples, aata (whole wheat flour) and maida (all purpose flour).
Making flavourful bread at home could not be easier!
Here are the ingredients along with the measurement.
For the bread
1.25 cups - Warm water
1 tsp - Instant dry yeast
1 tsp - Jaggery
1 cup - Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup - All Purpose Flour
1 tsp - Salt
1/2 tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For chutney
1 cup - Coriander leaves
2-3 Cloves of garlic
1 small Tomato
10-12 Basil leaves
1/2 tsp - Salt
2 tbsps - Olive oil at the bottom of pan before transferring the dough
1/2 tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive oil on top of dough before baking
