The “magic box” is a game changer for these larger than mat projects. Thank you! However, this is not “off the mat” as described-“larger than mat” is how I’ve heard these projects described before, which is a more clear descriptor. “Off the mat,” to me, is using Smart materials. You’re still using a mat to make this particular type of project.

I love how easy it is to make the Magic Square. You don't seem to group it, so you could move it easily without shifting the squares. Is there a reason not to?

There’s no really a need to group it, you’ll just end up needing to ungroup it later.
