In Sept 2019 I bought a Minn Kota Riptide Maxumm-55 w/ 52" Shaft for $619.99 from Amazon. I kept it simple and with the cost these days, wow.! It's now on a Shallow Sport 18' Sport, works great and I kid you not its never been in the shop and still in great shape. With just a little maintenance Minn-Kota, in my opinion, is so much better than the other guys. Thanks for sharing and as always "Tight Lines and Full Limits To Ya"
