Make it simply step by step, first cream butter with sugar with a spatula, then when adding eggs, use the hand whisk.

you should have. put the Orange peel in the batter from the rawness. from the eggs along with.the.juice and then add your flour and baking power

Hi it's me..again😬😅. I have made this plus frosting using margarine, I did it late at night so didn't want to disturb sleeping folks so what I did was pour hot water in a wok and in it I just add the appropriate amount of margarine on a metal bowl and let it melt...butter is prolly tastier and I also had a look at your link, it's working...but... ...in your written recipe, you did not put down the amount of orange zest to be used 🤭😬 As a rule, I think a tablespoon is enough but I put in extra to add more zingggg to my muffins 🤣😆
