I made this recipe for my family. It was excellent. 🙂 I used Lowrys seasoned salt instead of Greek, and turned the chicken after 30 minutes at 375 deg. I gave the chicken its first coat of Sweet Baby Rays on both sides. Everyone liked it.

I’ve always been scared to use so much baking powder to make it crispy because I’m nervous of the taste it might give off!!
