- Oxtail
- Boiling Water
- 1 Tbls of Salt
- 1 Tbls of Black Pepper
- 1 Tbls of Crushed Garlic Spice
- 1 Tbls of Jerra Powder (Cumin)
- 1 Tbls of Medium Curry Powder
- 1/2 a Tbls of Chicken Spice
- 1 Tbls of Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbls of Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 Tspn of Steakhouse Spice
- 1 Tbls of Crushed Garlic and Ginger
- 100g of Oxtail and Vegetable Packet Soup
- 1 Litre of Water (For mixing with your packet soup)
- 2 Medium Sized Carrots
- 2 Medium Sized Potatoes
- 1 Full Onion
- Olive Oil (For frying your vegetables)
