Hi Jay, thank you for all the valuable lessons, hints and tips, I really appreciate it. Six months ago I decided to learn Tenor Sax, at age of 63. Every day minimum a half an hour and really I am making progress, who thought that... I can learn a lot watching your videos. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Thank you Jay As a long time beginner player on the alto, after taking several accordion lessons as a kid, I am now beginning to understand how an accomplished player incorporates pentatonic scale with an occasional improvisation between an established lick pattern This gives me hope that With following your technique, I can strive to sound more professional and play more fluidly… But only as I put the time and effort to apply this as I practice. For years, I have developed an ear to play Melodie’s quite well, but today You have inspired me to learn to play the pentatonic scales in time using a backing trac. Again, thank you !

Hi Jay and Sax beginners: I am just before beginners, and I have a question. Where to practice that we don’t drive crazy the family, neighbors and possible face divorce? I live in Utah; we have lot of desert, but are too hot to be out there. If I solve this obstacle, I join the “band”, I love Jazz, Classical and Pop and I think Sax has the soul inside… when we know how to play. Jay, thank, there are no words to thank other that follow your teaching and help you in the way.
