طرز تهیه خامه پسته یا کره پسته را در یوتیوب جستجو کنید، در بسیاری از ویدیوها به آن کره پسته می گویند، اما کره نیست، دستور پخت خامه است. کره پسته از پسته خالص و بدون مواد دیگر تهیه می شود، خامه پسته حاوی شیر، شکر و شکلات سفید است.

Do a google search for pistachio cream, you should find one if you can't find in local stores. I don't think you can find the one I bought because it's only sold locally in Macedonia. Also pistachio cream is not the same as pistachio butter, you can't use pistachio butter, I don't think it will work. Kate I'm new to your channel...I want to make the recipe for a 28cm pan. Question: 1. What would be the ingredients for the 28 cm pan? 2. With what can I replace the whipping cream powder ? Thanks in advance.😊 P.S Don't add sugar to the cream at all? Will it be sweet?😊

For 28cm you can add an additional 250g whipping cream with higher fat content, if you can find one with over 30% you don't have to use whipping cream powder, also add an additional 100g cream cheese. The whipping cream itself is sweet enough so you don't have to add sugar to it, you can taste it while you are making it and if you think that it's not sweet enough, you can add a little bit of powdered sugar until it's sweet enough for you.

Vielleicht hatte deine Schlagsahne nicht genug Fett? Achte darauf, dass sie etwa 30 % Fett enthält, und ich schlage vor, dass du beim nächsten Mal weniger Schlagsahne und 200 g Schokolade verwendest. Das hängt auch stark von der Qualität der Schokolade ab. Du kannst mit den Mengen der Zutaten experimentieren, bis du das richtige Ergebnis erhältst. Es kann Unterschiede zwischen den Produkten verschiedener Marken geben und es ist nicht immer möglich, genau das gleiche Ergebnis wie in den Videos zu erzielen, deshalb schlage ich vor, ein wenig zu experimentieren.
