Recipe ⬇️ Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups plain flour 1/2 Tbsp yeast 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup warm water Olive oil -Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. -Gradually add warm water and mix together. -Knead dough for 3-4 minutes until it becomes smooth. When you press the dough with your finger, it should bounce back. -Drizzle 1 tsp olive and spread all around the dough. -Cover for 2 hours or use it straight away for a thin crust pizza -Once dough has proofed, cut it in half and roll into your desired shape using a little flour to help the dough not stick. -Add toppings and bake in a fan oven on 210 C for around 15 min or until golden brown.
