yeah I agree, cavs historically have been one of the best playbooks, but 2k keeps on changing them, thats why i try to do all teams per year, thanks for the support bro

yessir. essentially in myteam, you can only use the plays from a specific team (e.g. OKC only, etc.) but in other game modes you can mix and match (like a combination of plays from these videos). To apply these in game in either game mode, during the game, hit pause and go to gameplan > offensive settings > play selection. From here, add the plays you want to run, and you may also select assign player to choose the shooter. How can i manipulate the playbook to get shots by another Position?

during the game, hit pause and go to gameplan > offensive settings > play selection. From here, add the plays you want to run, then select assign player. Assign the play to anyone (your small forward for example) and see who will be the final shooter (you can experiment and manipulate from here). Can you explore the Cavs' playbook? I used it from 2k18-2k24. I just wonder if this year's different since I have not bought 2k25.

Cavs playbook have been consistently good throughout the years. but you know 2k, they update the playbooks multiple times during the season and sometimes they replace some plays. I'm looking for longer plays that look dynamic and visually impressive, where the focus is more on the aesthetics and rhythm of the play rather than a guaranteed scoring outcome. thanks for the suggestion! I usually am more deliberate in the plays I use, but seems like you are after freelance plays like the warriors freelance that feature pindown screens, off ball movement, flare screens, etc that you don't have to call every single time (automatically flows within the offense). try it out and see if you like it, but i will also consider this, great suggestion

was it give stagger down 45 from the spurs? yeah sometimes 2k when they make an update they change the plays without notice, so you'll need to have a set of go to plays in case they remove or change some

NBA 2k25 is great, but cutter plays are owerpowered. It is just too easy

100% agree. offense in general, so easy to score in 2k. but for me playing defense and stopping opponents are the real challenges
