Having the same problem I have a 96 Dunk and big vert, bought the good dunks and did the create a dunk style like 2k24, I do like one of the dunks, and that's it.

Same. I always get layups instead of dunks. I didn’t play 24 but on 23 using stick I could dunk any time I wanted. 25 using same method I get more layups than dunks. Never really used dunk meter but now that I’m trying I can’t even get the meter to activate every time. Frustrating.

My dunk meter only pup up when I go up down and then up but it always make me do a crossover into a meter dunk. It’s been the same way since 2k23… I can’t make a build with high dunk because of it.
