Also if you would like to put a little crust on it just put on a broiler safe pan & broil hi for 2 mins. My supper for tomorrow is going to be stuffed peppers in instant pot.

Make sure you buy the [6 Quart Instant Pot duo Crisp+Air Fryer] model. They DO come in an 8 quart as well. 6 quart is a little over $100.
