However I needed to save on other occasions I found hard or time consuming scenarios , when i got to chapter 14 I had no saves left - I bought the rocket launcher and saved it for the last boss just like you did, and it worked out perfectly, so thank you again for not wasting any of my time and went straight to the final. I've seen people who can throw a harpoon into his mouth every time he leaps out of the water. I just can't pull it off. It's the only way to get a quick kill because his open mouth is a huge damage boost.

Was looking for an answer about the hand cannon, you answered it in the video. But I'm still going after the sweeper first though because the hand cannon is inaccurate and I feel like I need something that I can use to get those enemies that have crossbows and later on rocket launchers. I'm debating about getting the primal knife just for the Krauser fight.

With mercenaries I was able to get the hand cannon and with those tickets I was able to sell them and buy the infinite launcher and did a profesional run finished in 5 hours and 20 mins and got an S rank so I was able to get the Chicago typewriter infinite 👍

@@zombie3439 you can sell the dlc tickets for 80.000 each and they are not a 1 time use, every new save you get all the tickets you bought. I don't know if you get them every NG+ you do, but you get them every fresh new game you do. Say you have an old save NG+ and you bought 3: you can use all 3 for whatever you want and if you go for an S+ in a new save, you will have those 3 tickets everytime you start a new game.

The handcannon is so trash. I did beat ithe game with the infinite ammo under 4 hours. Lets sat i had to buy the rocket launcher for the final boss. The handcannon needs the laser back

That's why the Killer7 exists. Handcannon is only useful due to its infinite ammo, but becomes trash once you have the cat ears.

Coming from a huge COD Fan.... These are the best microstranactions I've ever seen in my life! This is not pay to win! It's clearly a boost! I have Soo many examples of games that have done this, I bought RDR2'S ultimate edition and you get cash bonuses and weapon discounts! Plus this ticket has replay value forever and ever!! The general rule of thumb is to finish the village in less than 1h 30m, so I think you're good on time.

Absolutely ridiculous how many times I dies during the Lago Boss fight 33:35 so I recommend saving before this fight. This Boss fight and the Krauser fight are just pathetic on Professional, made me want to rage quit

I'm getting absolutely owned in the village. I have upgrade tickets for the primal knife, chicago sweeper, and handcannon just waiting but I can't even get to the merchant to use them. I try different strats I see and I can't copy them perfectly enough. Pretty humbling when you pay 2 win and still fail.

@@peanuter42 Yeah I know. But until you get to the merchant the bonus weapons don't have unlimited ammo so they don't help much. I did make it past that eventually but gave up in chapter 10 when I knew there was no way I'd make the 5.5 hour limit. The cat ears are just beyond my reach and I accept that. They aren't going to release an unlock everything DLC like they did with the other remakes. Oh well.

It should show when you talk to the merchant. Tune up the weapon section in merchant and you'll see the option to unlock the exclusive at the bottom.

@@offtopic_ Check your email receipts because when I purchase things on Xbox, I get an email telling me I bought something. I hope it's just you forgetting to hit the confirm purchase option as the reason why you' don't have the tickets. It should be added as soon as you start the game. Check your email to see if you gotten a receipt of your purchase. I'm not sure how they will handle it if you truly don't have the tickets if you do have the receipt confirming you paid for it. Go to merchant, sell items, Don't sell anything though unless it's a treasure. Use merchant and sell items menu to scroll through inventory because the tickets can be sold and will appear in the sell items option at merchant. But check your email to see if you did purchase them if you can;t find them in the sell items option at the merchant. Because you might forgot to confirm your purchase on the platform you play on. Microsoft sends me digital receipts to my email, I hope what ever service you use does the same, so check your email for a receipt.

dunno if you fixed this already but sometimes you have to go to game>properties>uncheck+check the dlc then local files>verify integrity of game files, then load up game and you're good to go.

^ like the guy above me says, but it's way way easier to just unlock it through mercenaries mode, you just need to get S rank on those 3 maps (doesn't matter what character you play, you don't need to get all S on all characters on all maps) ex: i get S using Leon in village maps, unlock Luis, get A on village (i suck using Luis, lol), unlock Krauser, get S on castle, unlock Hunk, get S on Island and voila you got your handcannon

I can second that, I'm an absolute Res beast and it's absolutely ridiculous theses 15 saves. I completed chapter 3 after the church, got boat fuel, killed fish boss, killed gigante boss thought I could save a save and not save after finding ashley at the church and I hit the village and got one hit by the brute. ABSOLUTE FUCKING BOLLOCKS and it's made me just lose all fun in the game. Don't think I can be bothered now. One play throughs enough as you get older. And the amount of time and effort your putting in to these runs you could literally be a pro boxer. Real life here I come. Curse you capcom.

You can get an S+ on professional using any weapons or bonus content you want. Only rules are has to be a new game not new game plus, only save 15 times and beat the game under 5 hours and 30 minutes

@@infktiousvenom1061 Broken Butterfly beats Handcannon easily. Higher damage (40.5 vs 36) and higher fire rate (1.33 vs 0.65), higher precision (2 vs 1.8). And Butterfly take 6 slots intead of 8, but it's a minor thing. Even Killer7 is much better than the Handcannon due to exclusive crit rate upgrade and laser sight. Handcannon is weak simply because it's the easiest unlockable weapon (after Mercenaries' release). Although i wish it was the same as the og one with 99 damage and 4 bullets per shot
