A great hack that I’ve discovered is rotisserie chicken. You can get them at most any grocery store and they’re cheap. Around $5-$9, where else can you eat lunch for that? Whatever is left over, I can put in the old lunchbox and take home for dinner.

My dinner is usually a block of cheddar cheese dipped in Tabasco sauce, washed down with some fine scotch, just like my idol Mark Rippetoe.

Costco pro-tip. They sell pre-portioned frozen ground beef in their freezer section in 1lb bags. I believe it’s the same beef and price as the ground beef in the fresh meat section.

Yeah dude all over. You can youtube or Google, or you can build you own. As he eluded to, choose carbs or fats as an energy source. Me personally, I do 40/40/20, meaning I get 40% of cals from pro, 40 from carbs, and 20 from fats. Eat natural foods (doesn't have to be organic) but make sure it's real, minimally processed. Eggs, milk, beef, dark meat chicken, tuna, cod, white rice, oats, potato, sweet potato, veggies, fruits etc. Use a BMR Calculator to find your BMR and necessary cals for activity levels, and tweak based on gaining, cutting, etc.

Hardly any. A barrel is 55 gallons. If you are actually objecting to the existence of plastic, food safety is one of the shining uses of plastic. The bacterial load of reusable bags is off the charts.
