Update notes:
RB Emitter 2.1:
-New Min Max option to randomize the scale of emitted objects.
-New Time option, which allows you to make the emitted objects scale from min to max over a set amount of time, determined by the number of frames you specify.
-New Velocity (ang) option, which allows you to set an angular velocity for the emitted objects, causing them to rotate along a chosen axis at the speed you set.
i animate the empty with a Drivers like : #frame/number or #frame*number
eg : #frame/20 or #frame*0.05
