📌 Chocolate cream:
500 ml milk
3 tablespoons sugar 60g
4 tablespoons of cornstarch, 60g
2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder, 30 g
Place them over the fire, stirring at the same time without stopping until the mixture becomes thick
●Oven temperature 180, cooking time 35-40 minutes.
