Thank you for another great video. I appreciate you taking the time to share these recipes with us. I have an idea for you. You can take half of this recipe up to the point before you bake it. Then put half in a freezer bag or container to freeze. The remaining half can be baked in a loaf pan. I do this and then write on the bag the contents and the rest of the instructions.

My half cans of whatever and smidgens of this-and-that get frozen in ice cube trays and stored in labled and dated zip-top baggies. And badda-bing! Yummy add-ins for future use. My mom and I love your recipes, by the way...

I will try your casserole with fresh beef liver. And yes I use my leftovers for burritos too as mother always said waste not want not.she always made everything stretch for multiple families. We always had fried meat,mashed taters pan gravy and home canned veggies. Mom and sister always had gardens going And my aunt was a apple picker too make ends meet and mom sewed aunt clothes with apples as payment. And aunt sold her home made apples to earn more money. 3 of the sisters took turns cooking meals till things got easier . Meat was what ever was in season in grandmother's farm land. Mother got grandmother's iron skillet and she passed it down too me because I used it for camping meals for everyone. The good old days.

Absolutely agree with your cook how you wanna cook! Tonight I have some roast that we’re gonna put into our Insta pot with onions, baby carrots, potatoes, and beef broth with a little bit of seasoning as well. We’re gonna pop it on high for 45 minutes. The roast is frozen solid, but will cook to tenderness and no time flat and it will be gone probably by tonight lol

I’m definitely gonna have to log this one in and try this one for sure into my cookbook! One of the things that I was looking up today was I am obsessed with the beefy loaded nachos from Taco Bell but they want three dollars for a little portion. I have everything at home to make it myself minus the guacamole or avocado which I’ll buy at the store next time because now that I know how to make it I am definitely going to be keeping that on my weekly menu for myself for lunches! Thank you for sharing this recipe with us. I’m absolutely putting this one in my books. A recipes to try.
@SilverHairHomemaker11 күн бұрын
Your beefy loaded nachos will taste better made at home anyway. I can't hardly even eat out any more because the food just doesn't taste as good to me as it used to.

Aren’t you brave to make a recipe that you’ve never made before. I must admit that even I who is not a big fan of spicy food, would like to make that one. Thank you so much. I love your accent by the way Patricia from Connecticut, USA.
@SilverHairHomemaker11 күн бұрын
I'll try anything once😂You can always leave things out that are too spicy for you and maybe add something else in to give it some added flavor. You never know, you might come up with a recipe you love ❤️ I'm in Alabama, born & raised, so southern accent it is😂

This casserole looks delicious! This is my kinda casserole! I will be making this soon! Next time you’re cutting up a pepper (bell or spicy), try flipping the pieces over and cutting from the inside out. I don’t know why or what kind of sorcery it is, but it’s like a hot knife through butter! Even if you don’t have the sharpest knife!
@SilverHairHomemaker11 күн бұрын
I'll definitely be making this one again. It quickly moved to the top of my favorites list☺️

Tip: If in the habit of using only partial amounts of your enveloped seasoning packs, instead of storing the remainder in a ziplock, you can keep the open packets together closed with an office binder clip. They're inexpensive and do a much more solid job than any plastic kitchen clip.

I don’t have minute rice or I should say instant rice would cook egg noodles be OK?
@SilverHairHomemaker11 күн бұрын
It would give it a different texture, of course, but flavor wise, I think it would taste good. Or maybe try cooking some regular rice and using it instead. Maybe just not cook the casserole quite as long.
