Love this! I love textured shawls. So talented. I love that it changes so it is not the same row repeat. This is going to be my next project. Getting my hooks out and starting now. Thank you so much! ♥️ I start each row with a chn2, then put a doubled crochet in the same beginning stitch and end with a DC2TOG on the end. It is a trick I learned to keep my sides straight. May want to try it some time😉

Thank you! You can use any brand and/or fiber yarn (acrylic, cotton, etc) you like, but you want to choose the same weight category which is a #4 medium worsted weight yarn. It's best to make a gauge swatch both to meet gauge and to see how your chosen yarn works up. I hope this helps!

The turning chain is very important for beginners ,but you very quickly just threw into the tutorial I’m going to use an alternative chain And did it so quickly 🙀 not good when you are teaching ,🫤 sorry you may be good at crochet but it takes someone who is gifted with the ability to teach others to make it simple and your video is too quick and hurried !

Sorry it was too fast, I'll take that into consideration moving forward. You can find the step by step tutorial for the ch 3 alternative I use here kzbin.info/www/bejne/f3OViHptq7d6i68 and you are also able to adjust the speed by clicking settings gear in the bottom right corner of your screen, click playback speed and select a slower setting. I hope that helps in future!
