I made the same kind of thing last year with mandarins from our garden, we live in Spain, It was delicious. I used cheapo gin from Lidl. Keep on doing the good work Batch Lady xxx

How much sugar do you use. you said 2 cups, but that depends on the size of your cups doesn't it?
