But I have troubles weaving the end at 7:05

For weaving in the ends, tbh I just hide the yarn through the stitches on the back side. You can do it back and forth if you want it to be safer. If you're still having trouble, you can look up for weave in tutorials on youtube, they're usually very helpful 😁
