I used to be a cereal addict, but after spending a month in Peru where I didn’t see a bowl of cereal at all, now most of my breakfasts include eggs. One of my favorite snacks/breakfasts lately are leftovers! leftover rice that has chicken stock and mixed veggies in it, warmed up in a pan with an egg over easy on top. or leftover angel hair spaghetti with red sauce that I warm in a pan with another egg over easy. Something about popping the yolk with a fork and swirling in the gooey egg with the noodles or rice is extremely satisfying and hecking delicious. It’s a great way to get rid of leftovers too lol.
