I'm on Violet, I shiny hunted my Alolan Vulpix shortly after the Teal Mask released

2:20 After picnic reset just go to one side of the cave (preferably the right side) to force-spawn everyone at the other side

I do appreciate these shiny locations - Makes life easier without needing to fret over accidentally missing a shiny by running around. Hope they do bring back some sort of indicator for shinies in future games like PLA

If you head all the way to the right when you enter the cave, and stand against the wall, you can see the pokemon spawn in, so you can check each pokemon easily. This is how I got my Torchic.

Thanks to this I was able to get my shiny Alolan vulpix! I’ve wanted this shiny for YEARS!! And when I got him I was in tears of joy!! Named him Kaeya (from genshin impact) and trained him to level one hundred after he happily evolved into Ninetails! He is now my very good boy in my team! THANK YOOU❤❤

I have an improvised method! Just stand at the entrance and send your pokemon out for auto battle, the spawn will keep on going

Did this in anothet cave, althought the Shinies there were much more obvious (directly going north from the Arena spot).

Something to help shiny hunt Pokemon that has a hard-to-see shiny. Get the Lock-on upgrade as you can use it to lock on a Pokemon and see if it is huge/teeny, has a mark or is shiny.

You can also just send you pokemon on auto battle and they'll spawn in and you wont need to leave the cave did this in kitikami

Well good thing I bought both game copies I mainly play Violet but alolan vulpix is one of my favorite pokemon and within 10 minutes I found a shiny one and it was shockingly easy to notice

Question: Does this get offset if you have an outbreak in there? I had an outbreak of Rotom when I was about to try this (which ironically I got a shiny from), so I got rid of the outbreak, then tried this and it didn't work

Why does Pokémon Scarlet get all the best Pokémon. Scarlet has better looking paradox exclusive Pokémon, has better event exclusive raids like Walking Wake (scarlet ) Vs Iron Leaves (violet). Scarlet gets in my opinion better exclusive Pokémon like Alolan vulpix vs Violets alolan sandshrew. I have Pokémon Violet and just did Mesuda method for a shiny alolan vulpix got it at 360 eggs!!! I haven’t ever really done mesuda method in the past does that sound accurate or is the method kinda broken takes to long??

its still odds. just because it says youll get it sooner, doesnt mean you actually will. i dont do masuda anymore, but i believe my longest hunt back then was 1900+ eggs. i did full odds eggs for spriggy then and got it in 370. sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you dont. its not certain

Best way I can deduce the Shiny Vulpix is the eyes. Much darker than the normal counterpart, since the off-white fur is easily missed by my failing eyesight 😅

I was trying to shiny hunt Torchi last night when I noticed Chimchar and Scorbunny are spawning outside the cave. Does that affect the spawn pool for the sparkling power: fire?

I don't know if you want to pin this but You can actually picnic reset in the middle of the cave and then move towards the side with a bit of a divet in it and you can get all spawns that way really quickly. It's how I got the whole Torchic line done really quick

i get a few vulpix to spawn but the rest come out as torchics, duraludons, and snubbulls. Im in the right cave and have the correct sandwich power levels what did i miss🥺

Idk if it’s just me but I only get like 8 Vulpix. And that’s if I’m lucky. The only way I MIGHT get 8 vulpix is to stand outside of the cave itself. But even that doesn’t guaranteed that many spawn.
