This keto shrimp coconut curry will totally blow your mind on how delicious and easy it is to make. Made with a easy accessible blend of spices, this curry recipe bursts with flavors but it's really quick and the added zucchini make's it a complete meal!
You can also garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve over cauliflower rice.

500 g fresh shrimps/prawns
1Tbsp spices, I used my Taco blend
lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 zucchini-300g/10 oz, grated
30g onions
2 cloves of garlic
chili flakes,
turmeric,
curry powder
, black pepper to taste
50 ml coconut cream
