Easy Shuffle, Virtually UNLIMITED Gold in Cata Classic

This is a twist on the usual prospecting shuffle and is a crazily effective gold making method at the moment in Cataclysm Classic. You can spam this as much as you like and the gems literally just melt off the auction house the sale rate is so high.

so how does that works? If you transmute 3x shitty gems into rare one with alchemist that doesnt have transmutation mastery you only get 1x rare gem? But if you have transmutation spec you always get 2x garantee? And than you got a chance to get more than 2 if it procs?

Its a 20% proc rate, so if you craft 100 you should get around 120

So i started fresh on a new server. Got to 100g and then turned that to over +1000g in less than a day, just by flipping cloth, ores and herbs. Not sure how to expand/scale on this so i turn my 1000 to 10000. If i should just do bigger quantities or get into more markets.

Sounds like you are doing really well already. If you are flipping materials I'd definitely try to get into some new markets. TBC/Wrath materials are fluctuating all over the place at the moment. Plus if you haven't already I would consider looking into glyph resets depending on your server prices (many glyphs were priced based on pre-Cata costs but they are now a lot higher cost to craft).

@@Seren-wow Not really materials, just gathering profession items. Made a group of all cloth and herbs that i know of. For ores i only added a few of the classic ones. Will expand the ore that i have now and look into new material markets, maybe gems. I will take a look at glyphs and see what is the thing about them. Definitely need to invest in bigger bag space, only got 54 slots in total.

On my server the cost to craft is 260 gold and the gems sell for 130 so it seems people are already in on this one :(.

It will reach a point where it is like the potion market, & your profit will be a flat 20% (minus AH cut) plus a small extra for the cut.

alicite sell for 4g each. The alicite necklace costs 10g to make and disenchants into 16g on average

Thats pretty good margins there then, the disenchant materials are pretty low on my server at the moment!

bought meta recipes on day 3 and made 50k gold in one day. On my server the price was 1.5k gold per gem on day 3

Yeah its small margins but the sales rate is insane, if you can craft the Meta's for 40-60g each you are making a really good profit when they sell as fast as you can craft.
